Refund Policy
Direct Purchases
Apps bought directly from this site are sold by Side Channel Studios and processed by Stripe. Direct purchase is available to buyers in the United States. Your receipt arrives by email the moment your payment clears.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request one, reach us through our contact page with the email you bought with, and we will return the charge to your original payment method.
Subscriptions (Hosted Products)
Some of our hosted products are sold as a subscription billed on a recurring cycle, either monthly or annually, shown to you before you buy. Pricing is a flat rate for the plan. We never charge per seat.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops any future renewal and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your access continues until then. We do not offer partial refunds for the unused part of a period unless the law where you live requires it.

Mac App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Mac App Store are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s refund process.
